Just want to say a massive thank you for the new fencing. This has taken a huge weight off my shoulder. I feel much more secure and safe knowing my children can't just run out and the same with my dogs. It's also helped my ptsd knowing that I can now hear the gate open of someone is approaching the house. Gives me a real sense of security.
It's great that charities like you exist to step in where local authorities will leave you to suffer.
Many Thanks

I was really worried about getting funding for a new lightweight wheelchair and was not getting much joy from anywhere , and to make matters worse i have been off work for a couple of months with a broken leg after a fall from my wheelchair. The wheelchair that wheelchair services would supply would not meet my needs and i need a lightweight chair so i can live a independent life , as i live on my own and care for myself after a motorcycle accident in 2006.

I first became aware of Excalibur after i meet two of your Volunteers on one of your stalls in Birmingham ( Sutton Coldfield). I made a donation and spoke with the two gentlemen for a good half hour , who were very friendly and helpful. I told them some of my war stories and visa versa. Without Excalibur i am not sure how i could have funded this wheelchair , they have been a Godsend , Thank you so much for all your help and support Excalibur Unit.

Mr Hill

Dear Excalibur unit

First of all, i would like to thank all the Trustees for their kind help at Excalibur Unit, as an ex-serving war veteran form the Royal Air Force i thought they would not help me, i thought they only helped the Army.
I was totaly wrong, they helped me and i know now they help from all services, i can't thank them enough, i felt so proud by receiving my fathers 1st world war replacement medals.
Thank you once again, i still can't believe i have them.

From a proud Veteran, a million thanks
